Refunds & cancellations
Scope
This policy applies to paid Cybersphereai lessons: the Swing Chart Intensive, One-to-one Chart Reviews, and the Weekend Structure Workshop. It does not cover third-party software subscriptions or brokerage fees, which we do not sell.
Eligibility window
- Intensive deposit: Full deposit refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one.
- Intensive after start: Partial refund may apply for unused future sessions if you withdraw for documented medical reasons; completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Workshop seat: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the Saturday date; 50% refund between 7 and 3 days; no refund inside 72 hours.
- Chart review: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment; later cancellations forfeit the fee unless we can fill the slot.
Non-refundable items
- Completed coaching time
- Printed materials already produced for your place after the production cut-off (usually 5 days before a workshop)
- Administrative card or transfer fees charged by your bank
Deposits
Intensive and workshop deposits secure your place and are credited toward the total fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside the windows above.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for chart reviews if requested 48 hours ahead. Intensives may shift start dates when the whole cohort agrees; individual make-up sessions are offered when capacity allows, not as an automatic right.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for that session or seat.
Work already started
Once an intensive session has been delivered, fees for that session are earned. Remaining prepaid balances follow the partial-refund rules above.
How to request a refund
Email info@cybersphereai.digital with your booking name, lesson type, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Cash payments, if any were arranged in studio, are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Exceptions
Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law still apply where services fail to meet those guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights.
