By using cybersphereai.digital or enrolling in a Cybersphereai lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Educational nature of services

Cybersphereai provides technical analysis training and swing trading chart analysis coaching. Content is educational. It is not personal financial product advice, a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product, or a promise of trading results.

Bookings and payments

Lesson places are confirmed only after written acceptance and, where required, deposit payment. Informational prices on this site may change; the fee in your confirmation email prevails.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, annotated chart packs, and website copy remain the property of Cybersphereai. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not reproduce them for public courses, resale, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent.

Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other learners. We may end a session early, without refund for that session, if conduct disrupts learning or risks others’ safety.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cybersphereai is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a particular paid lesson is limited to the fees paid for that lesson when liability cannot otherwise be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive authority over disputes arising from these terms or our training services.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
